943!!!

I have to start off with this morning's ANC result...943! We just can't believe it! We are hoping that these are all Audrey's cells that are growing, we won't know for sure until she has another bone marrow biopsy where they can take a sample and see if it is in fact all of Audrey's cells. They will do this at day 30, day 60, and day 100. It is still such a long road of testing, surgery, and visits, but we have made it this far.
Ava is happier today, her tush is more comfortable and she has taken some really good naps. We have nurse Erin today, who is so sweet and wonderful!  We heard going into this that the nurses on the 8th floor were the best, but we had no idea they would be like this...our team of nurses are like no other. I don't know how they do it all day, but they do it with so much TLC, its amazing. When I grow up, I want to be a nurse on this floor.

I have learned today that none of the toys I have brought in are interesting enough for Ava, she has been very bored lately, until today...what she really wants is toothbrushes and tissues. The look on her face when I gave her a toothbrush travel pack, just laughing and acting silly...it really is the little things:)

And the most exciting of all was when Ava got to go for a "drive" around the halls! She LOVED this, and it was the cutest thing ever. She just sat behind the wheel gripping it tight and was loving the scenery. We only do this occasionally, it is allowed more often but Im crazy so we usually stay in our room.  Thats really it for today, it was quiet and nice. Daddy is with her tonight then Im on again tomorrow, till then...
