Ava slept most of the day today, I took a couple naps with her.  There really isn't much else to do in that room, so I close my eyes when I can.  Today I noticed that my toe nail polish matches her hospital walls!! Isn't that amazing?! I took a picture in case no one believed me. I also took a couple pics of our room because a lot of people ask how its set up and what we do all day.  Now friends and family can see where we spend our days and nights.

Ok, back to Ava...they repeated an X-ray today to check her fluid status and all looked clearer. Her platelets dropped to 8,000, even after getting a transfusion 2 nights ago!! We knew they must have dropped because her body is covered in petechiae (bruising under the skin that looks like purple dots). Tonight she will get another transfusion. We brought Brennan, Casey, and Audrey to visit her tonight, she was a bit fussy but still happy to see them. It was nice to have them together even for 45 little minutes :)
