Not much sleep last night,  Ava was up a lot in the night with the gagging and stuff...she seems to only have this problem at night. We found out today that it could be from her TPN (her liquid nutrition). They changed it to be given throughout the night over a 12 hour period instead of spread out over a 24 hour period, apparently it can make her nauseous. Today on the other hand, has been great!  She looks amazing, her tushy is healed, she is in good spirits, and her counts are unreal!!!
Todays WBC was 7140 and her ANC was 6355!!! We are so happy and excited. The docs all agree that she is doing beautifully. They actually say that she may be discharged middle to end of this coming week! This is all based on her being able to take her meds by mouth, and of course if she is interested in some food (once her mucositis starts to heal).  We will cross our fingers...
           Drew relieved me today and brought Miss Audrey. They got to share a few minutes together...Ava was happy :)
