Ava goes in for an infusion of IGG (immunoglobulins) tomorrow. They check these levels once a month and they came back low the other day. She has had this before and it is normal to have to get them again. Friday she is scheduled for her bone marrow biopsy, Dr. Chen wants to do this before next weeks infusion so he has a baseline of what's going on in her marrow.
We are anxious about getting through the rest of the week and weekend, and to finally do the DLI next week. Other than that and her being so sweet and cute there's not much more to say. I don't want to bore everyone with her cuteness, thats why I don't write everyday. I will update on Friday after her biopsy...
Bore us with her cuteness? But I thought that's what blogs are for :). She looks so good, Mama. We will be praying for higher IGGs (if that's right). Did you get a dream visitor by any chance? good to hear your voice yesterday. I hope you're up to at least nine lbs today. If not, I recommend the Salted Caramel Mocha from Starbucks...grande.
